At Mane Attention™, each order is prepared with intention and care. Please review the information below before completing your purchase.

Processing time and shipping time are separate.

Order Processing

Ready-to-Ship Items

Includes:

• Hair bundles

• Adhesives

• In-stock toppers and crown enhancements

Processing Time: 3–5 Business Days

Shipping Time: 2–4 Business Days

Orders are inspected and prepared before shipment to ensure quality and accuracy.

You will receive:

• An order confirmation immediately after purchase

• A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility

Custom Units & Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom units are created specifically based on your selected specifications.

Due to the craftsmanship, sourcing, density customization, and preparation involved, custom units may require up to 120 business days before shipment.

This extended timeline allows for:

• Hair preparation and selection

• Density customization

• Shade coordination

• Ventilation and construction

• Final quality inspection

Custom orders enter production shortly after purchase and cannot be canceled once processing begins.

We appreciate your patience as your piece is prepared with precision and care.

Order Changes

We begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed.

Address or item changes must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

If your order has already entered processing or production, changes may not be possible.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, Mane Attention™ is not responsible for lost packages.

If a package is returned due to incorrect addressing, reshipping fees will apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier and marked as delivered, Mane Attention™ is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

• Checking with household members or neighbors

• Contacting your local carrier office

• Filing a claim directly with the shipping provider

We are happy to provide documentation to assist with carrier claims.

Shipping Responsibility

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Mane Attention™ is not responsible for delays once packages are in transit.
