1. How do I know if Seamless Crown™ is right for me?

Seamless Crown™ is ideal for women experiencing thinning at the crown, widening part lines, or visible scalp exposure. It is best suited for stable hair loss patterns, including scarring alopecia once inflammation has calmed.

If you are unsure about your current stage of hair loss, we strongly recommend booking a virtual Crown Consultation before purchasing.

2. Can I wear this if I have active inflammation or scalp tenderness?

We do not recommend applying enhancements to an actively inflamed or sensitive scalp. Coverage pieces are best introduced once inflammation is calm and stable. If you are experiencing burning, redness, or tenderness, consult your medical provider first.

3. How long does processing take?

Processing Time: 3–5 Business Days

Shipping Time: 2–4 Business Days

4. Are your pieces custom made?

Many of our pieces are curated and prepared per order to ensure freshness and quality. Because of this, all sales are final once processing begins.

5. Can I return or exchange my hair piece?

Due to hygiene and safety standards, all hair pieces, adhesives, and custom items are final sale. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. How do I choose the right shade?

We provide an expanded shade guide for reference. However, lighting and screen settings can affect color accuracy. If you are uncertain, we recommend booking a Shade Consultation before ordering to ensure proper matching.

7. How long will my piece last?

With proper care and professional maintenance, your enhancement can last several months to over a year depending on wear frequency and care routine.

8. Can I color or customize my piece?

Professional customization may be possible depending on the shade selected. We recommend consulting a licensed stylist experienced in working with hair enhancements.

9. Is the adhesive safe for sensitive skin?

SecureHold™ Lace Adhesive is designed for strong, humidity-resistant bonding. If you have sensitive skin, perform a patch test prior to full application. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

10. Do you offer installation services?

For clients local to Cleveland, installation services may be available through appointment. Virtual guidance is available for out-of-state clients.

11. Will this look natural?

Our pieces are curated to blend seamlessly when properly matched and installed. For best results, we recommend professional placement and blending.
