For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once these items have been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because most items are processed immediately and often made to order, orders cannot be canceled once they enter processing.
